All pieces are Hallmarked in the UK and comply with UK Hallmarking requirements.
Payment
Prices on our website include VAT but not delivery (see Delivery & Charges below). Payment is usually by debit or credit card and is processed shortly after the order is taken. This protects us from card fraud. We are however, entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted we will confirm acceptance by sending an email to the email address you supply on your order.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation and verification of the authenticity of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any products or services.
How will my jewellery arrive?
Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in a fabulous black box with ribbon & Tissue.
All our orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7.00) - guaranteed before 1pm the day after despatch.
We aim to depsatch all orders either the same or next day.
Oversea's order's are sent International signed for (£10.00).
Returns & Refunds
If you decide your purchase is unsuitable you can return it to us for a full credit within 14 days. Goods must be in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.

We are unable to extend this policy for earrings due to hygene reasons.
We are unable to extend this policy on our bespoke pieces
We cannot refund the original delivery charge.
